Apply Online
- Fill out the developer program form, sharing you company details, your intended use case, and any PHDwin clients you already work with
- A $99 application fee applies. (Fee waived for all of 2025.)
Approval Process
- We perform an internal assessment of your proposal to ensure fit and alignment with the PHDwin ecosystem.
- We may request a follow-up meeting to discuss your plans in more detail. Acceptance to the program does not guarantee TRC Consultants will incorporate your requests into our product roadmap.
Get Started
- Once approved, you’ll get access to the developer portal, your extended PHDwin trial license, and all relevant brand assets.
- Begin integrating, building prototypes, and testing your solutions immediately—knowing you have the resources and network to guide you.

Program Expectations & Commitments
Adherence to EULA and Developer Terms
- Developers must accept the PHDwin End User License Agreement and Developer Portal Terms to ensure mutual IP protection.
- Reverse engineering, piracy, or unauthorized sharing of materials is strictly prohibited.
Focus on PHDwin V3
- Only V3-based integrations will be approved; older versions of PHDwin are not supported by the Developer Program
Developer Self-Suffciency
- You are responsible for your own development resources beyond the documentation and extended trial license
- The PHDwin client support desk remains reserved for standard user queries. Developer-specific questions should go through the developer portal channels
Custom Integrations & Outputs
- Requests for specialized outputs or features beyond standard platform capabilities may require additional consulting fees through PHDwin’s professional services
- A formal bid process can be initiated to scope and price these custom needs.
No Guarantee on Product Roadmap Influence
- While we welcome feedback, our internal development priorities are guided by PHDwin client needs, and we cannot promise the adoption of any specific third-party roadmap requests
