Product Support Policy

All PHDWin purchases, except otherwise amended in writing, include software updates and user support for one (1) full year after the date of original purchase. Subsequent years support is optional and can be purchased on an annual basis. Any additional years support payment is due on the anniversary date of the original purchase. New updates will automatically be shipped to supported users during any support period. Inter-version patch files will be available for all supported users from the PHDWin.com web site. Renewal support costs (including but not limited to support price and discounting) are subject to change without notice. Total company support costs are based on the total number of licensed PHDWin versions purchased by that company. Total company support costs are calculated based on a rate of 14% of the current purchase price for all installations owned by the company.

Additional years support prepayment is due on the anniversary date of the original purchase.

Support agreements are nontransferable.
