Custom ReportsHave a need for a customized report format? We can help!Just let us know what you need your report to display, and how you want it displayed and we will create it for you. You can use the form below to submit a request for a custom report. The more specific you are about your needs the better. We ask that you send us a file to demonstrate your needs, be it an Excel file, PDF, or scanned hard copy. This will give us a much better idea of what you are looking for, and allow us to more easily deliver a report that meets your needs. Custom reports are written for an hourly fee of $175.
