PHDWin Integrated Economics & Decline Analysis

PHDWin Version 2.8 offers the ability to model and report US, Canadian, or International Assets within a single database. The US and Canadian Economic Models are licensed separately. The pricing structure is the same for either economic model. International modeling capability is included as part of the US installation. PHDWin installation options include: 1) Standard 2) Floating Network, and 3) Multi-Instance. These installation options may be mixed based upon the needs of your company.

Standard Installation - US/International or Canadian Economic model. Access to the software is limited to the computer on which the software is installed. Licensing for additional installations is volume discounted. The initial purchase price includes unlimited Standard Call-in and email technical support as well as any new PHDWin software releases for one full year. Subsequent years support and maintenance may be purchased at the then current rate and terms.

Outright Purchase - 5,500 USD – This price represents the outright purchase of a single standard installation. The initial purchase includes a 60-day money back
guarantee.
4-Pack Purchase - 18,000 USD – This option represents the price of four Standard US/International or Canadian Economic installations to designated
workstations. Access is limited to the designated workstations. The initial purchase includes a 60-day money back guarantee.
     Annual Lease - 2,700 USD Annually – This is a one-year lease of a single standard installation for either US/International or Canadian Installations. The lease is
     renewable each year. The purchase price includes unlimited Standard Call-in and email technical support, and new PHDWin software releases for the effective
     lease term.
     Lease-to-Purchase - 600 USD per month (for 10 months) – This option offers the flexibility to spread out the payment of a standard installation over 10 months at
     a rate of 600 USD per month. First and last months payment are due up front. Lease may not be suspended and resumed at a later date. Price includes unlimited
     Standard Call-in and email Technical Support, and all new PHDWin software releases for the effective lease term plus 2 additional months (total of 12 months).
     Nonpayment of the lease on any due date will constitute a material termination of the lease agreement.

Floating Network Installation - US/International or Canadian Economic model. PHDWin may be installed on multiple computers; however, simultaneous access to PHDWin is limited to the number of floating network installations purchased. Licensing for additional installations is volume discounted. The network server functions as the licensing manager for distributing access to users. The initial purchase price includes unlimited Standard Call-in and email technical support as well as any new PHDWin software releases for one full year. Subsequent years support and maintenance may be purchased at the then current rate and terms.

Outright Purchase - 13,200 USD – This price represents the outright purchase of a single US/International or Canadian Floating Network Installation, allowing
a single user to access PHDWin via a connection to a network sever. The initial purchase includes a 60-day money back guarantee.
     Annual Lease – 6,480 USDAnnually – This is a one-year lease of a single floating network installation for either US/International or Canadian Installations. The
     lease is renewable each year. The purchase price includes unlimited Standard Call-in and email technical support, and new PHDWin software releases for the
     effective lease term.
     Lease-to-Purchase - 1,440 USD per month (for 10 months) – This option offers the flexibility to spread out the payment of a floating network installation over 10
     months at a rate of 1,440 USD per month. First and last months payment are due up front. Lease may not be suspended and resumed at a later date. Price includes
     unlimited Standard Call-in and email Technical Support, and all new PHDWin software releases for the effective lease term plus 2 additional months (total of
     12 months). Nonpayment of the lease on any due date will constitute a material termination of the lease agreement.

Multi-Instance Installation - 1,000 USD Set-Up Fee + 13,200 USD Floating Network License- The "Multi-Instance Installation" requires a "Floating Network Installation." It is a special endorsement of the Floating Network installation. There is an incremental 1,000 USD set up fee associated with installing the Multi-Instance. An example of Multi-Instance would be a Citrix® or Terminal server configuration. All other terms are the same as the Floating Network Installation which can be reviewed above.

Installation Mixing. Floating Network and Standard Installations may be mixed to meet company specific needs. For example, a company might have 1 Floating Network Canadian installation and four Standard (fixed) US installations.

PHDRMS Reserves Management System

Floating Network Installation – PHDRMS is offered as a floating network installation. Similar to PHDWin, PHDRMS may be installed on multiple computers; however, simultaneous access to PHDRMS is limited to the number of floating network installations purchased. Licensing for additional installations is volume discounted. The network server functions as the licensing manager for distributing access to users. The initial purchase price includes unlimited Standard Call-in and email support as well as any new PHDRMS software releases for one year. Subsequent years support and maintenance may be purchased at the then current rate and terms. The PHDRMS floating network installation is available for outright purchase, annual lease, and lease-to-purchase. The pricing for each option listed below varies according to the number of PHDWin licenses purchased.

Outright Purchase* - 15,000 USD Base Price. Additional 200 USD/PHDWin standard license and 480 USD/PHDWin floating network license. This price represents a
single Floating Network Installation. The initial purchase includes a 60-day money back guarantee.
     Annual Lease* - 7,290 USD Base Price Annually. Additional 100 USD/PHDWin standard license and 240 USD/PHDWin network license. This is a one-year lease for a
     single PHDRMS floating network installation. The lease is renewable each year. Price includes unlimited Standard Call-in and email technical support, and new
     PHDWin software releases for the effective lease term.
     Lease to Purchase* - 1,640 USD Base Price per month. Additional 200 USD/PHDWin standard license and 480 USD/PHDWin floating network license. This option
     offers the flexibility to spread out the payment of a PHDRMS floating network installation over 10 months at a rate of 1,640 USD per month. First and last months
     payments are due up front. Lease may not be suspended and resumed at a later date. Price includes unlimited Standard Call-in and email Technical support, and
     all new PHDRMS software releases for the effective lease term plus 2 additional months (total of 12 months). Nonpayment of the lease on any due date will
     constitute a material termination of the lease agreement.

*PHDRMS installations require SQL Server 2005. The cost of SQL server is not included in the above prices.
