PHDWin™ Purchase and Lease Options

TRC Consultants, LC is pleased to announce the following licensing options for Version 2.7.5 of PHDWin. Version 2.7.5 offers the ability to model and report US, Canadian, or International Assets within a single database. The US and Canadian Economic Models are licensed separately. The pricing structure is the same for either economic model. International modeling capability is included as part of the US installation.

The installation options include: 1) Standard (Fixed), 2) Floating Network, and 3) Multi-Instance. These installation options may be mixed based upon needs of your company. All prices quoted below are in US Dollars prior to any applicable tax. Standard (Fixed) Installation - $5500 - US/International or Canadian Economic model -Additional licenses may be purchased for a discount. The price includes a 60-day money back guarantee. Access to the software is limited to the computer on which the software is installed. Price includes unlimited Standard Call-in and email technical support as well as any new PHDWin software releases for one full year. Subsequent years support and maintenance may be purchased at the current rate.

Standard (4-pack) Installation - $18,000 -Represents the price of four Standard (Fixed) US/International or Canadian Economic installations to designated workstations. Access is limited to the designated workstations. Included is a 60-day money back guarantee. Price includes unlimited Standard Call-in and email technical support and all new PHDWin software releases for one full year. Subsequent years support and maintenance may be purchased at the current rate.

Standard License Annual Lease - $2700 Annually - This is a one-year lease for a single standard installation for either US/International or Canadian Installations. The lease is renewable each year. Volume discounts are available. Price includes unlimited Standard Call-in and email technical support, and new PHDWin software releases for the effective lease term.

Standard Lease-to-Purchase - $600 per month - Lease-to-purchase offers the flexibility to spread out the payment of a standard (fixed) installation over 10 months at a rate of $600 per month. First and last months payment are due up front. Lease may not be suspended and resumed at a later date. Price includes unlimited Standard Call-in and email Technical Support, and all new PHDWin software releases for the effective lease term plus 2 additional months (total of 12 months). Nonpayment of the lease on any due date will constitute a material termination of the lease agreement.

Floating Network Installation - $13,200 - Allows a single user to access PHDWin via a connection to a network server. PHDWin may be installed on multiple computers; however, simultaneous access to PHDWin is limited to the number of floating network installations purchased. This price represents a single US/International or Canadian Floating Network Installation. Volume discounts are available. The network server functions as the licensing manager for distributing licenses to users. Included is a 60-day money back guarantee. Price includes unlimited Standard Call-in and email technical support and all new PHDWin software releases for one full year. Subsequent years support and maintenance may be purchased at the current rate.

Multi-Instance Installation - $1000.00 Set-Up Fee + $13,200 Floating Network License- The "Multi-Instance Installation" requires a "Floating Network Installation." It is a special endorsement of the Floating Network installation. There is an incremental $1000.00 set up fee associated with installing the Multi-Instance. An example of Multi-Instance would be a Citrix® or Terminal server configuration. All other terms are the same as the Floating Network Installation which can be reviewed above.

Installation Mixing. Floating Network and Standard Installations may be mixed to meet company specific needs. For example, a company might have 1 Floating Network Canadian installation and four Standard (fixed) US installations.
